Terms of Use for Booking a Session on the BOMB SQUAD Website
1. USE AND SECURITY
1.1. The website https://www.bombsquad.games is owned and operated by BOMB SQUAD EUROPE SAS. The company reserves the right to modify or cancel the terms and conditions and website content at any time at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

1.2. These terms and conditions apply to all visitors of the BOMB SQUAD website and must be carefully read before any use.

1.3. BOMB SQUAD endeavors to provide the most accurate and up-to-date information on its website.

1.4. The BOMB SQUAD website is for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information obtained from this site.

1.5. You are not authorized to link to this site or use any part of the BOMB SQUAD website for fraudulent, illegal, defamatory, harmful, obscene, or objectionable purposes.

1.6. You acknowledge that the Internet is not completely secure. BOMB SQUAD commits to taking all necessary measures to protect payment card information. BOMB SQUAD shall not be held legally liable for any damages you may incur as a result of lost information transmitted to BOMB SQUAD, provided BOMB SQUAD has not breached its obligations and is not responsible for such loss.

1.7. BOMB SQUAD shall not be legally liable for any direct or indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including (but not limited to) loss of profits or revenue, loss of opportunity, costs of replacement products or services, loss or corruption of data, or business interruptions resulting from any use of the website, provided BOMB SQUAD has not breached its obligations and is not responsible for such damages.

2. GENERAL
2.1. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to affect your rights.

2.2. The game is designed for teams of 3–6 players per game session.

2.3. The trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of BOMB SQUAD. You are not authorized to use them without written permission from BOMB SQUAD, and such use may constitute a violation of BOMB SQUAD’s rights.

2.4. All terms and conditions herein are part of a contract with BOMB SQUAD.

2.5. The BOMB SQUAD website may contain links to third-party sites. The operation of these sites is beyond BOMB SQUAD’s control, and you use them at your own risk.

2.6. BOMB SQUAD collects and stores your personal information without disclosing it to third parties and ensures that your personal information is kept confidential.

2.7. No recordings are allowed inside the premises.

2.8. Visitors are not authorized to disclose game details directly or indirectly to the public.

2.9. You agree that BOMB SQUAD may contact you occasionally with offers and promotions via email or phone. However, you may opt out of telemarketing by registering at http://www.bloctel.gouv.fr/.

2.10. BOMB SQUAD may charge clients for damages, whether intentional or unintentional.

2.11. While on the premises, you must comply with our codes and regulations, maintain appropriate behavior, and cooperate with staff trained in safety protocols.

2.12. BOMB SQUAD does not tolerate any form of harassment or intimidation toward its employees.

3. BOOKING
3.1. The only language for online contracts is French.

3.2. You must be 18 or older to book a game.

3.3. It is your responsibility to ensure the games you book meet your expectations.

3.4. A booking is only valid once processed by BOMB SQUAD.

3.5. If you wish to transfer your game to someone else, you must contact BOMB SQUAD by email or phone at least two hours before the game starts. BOMB SQUAD may refuse the transfer.

3.6. Bookings cannot be transferred or resold for commercial purposes or profit. Violations may result in refusal of entry without refund.

3.7. You are responsible for entering your information correctly in the online booking form. By submitting the form, you guarantee the accuracy of the details provided.

3.8. Booking confirmations are sent via email only. BOMB SQUAD does not send confirmations by post or SMS.

3.9. A booking becomes invalid, and entry will be refused if the team is 15 minutes late or more. In such cases, no refund or modification will be provided.

3.10. Once paid, bookings cannot be modified or canceled.

3.11 Reservations once paid do not give the right to any withdrawal period in accordance with article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code

4. PRICES
4.1. The price (including VAT) of a game is indicated on the BOMB SQUAD website in the booking section.

4.2. Prices are based on the number of players and the day of the week.

4.3. Bookings can only be made via the BOMB SQUAD website.

4.4. Payments can be made via PayPal or credit/debit card.

4.5. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

4.6. If fewer participants attend than booked, no refund will be provided.

4.7. If more participants attend than booked (up to 6 players per room), the price difference must be paid upon arrival.

6. SAFETY
6.1. Each BOMB SQUAD player will be briefed by the GameMaster before the session. Players participate at their own risk. BOMB SQUAD is not liable for damages (personal or property) resulting from failure to follow the rules, misuse of objects in the room, or room-related items.

6.2. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your booking, it will be automatically canceled and considered a no-show. A new booking will be required at your expense, subject to availability.

6.3. Individuals under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry, and their session will be forfeited.

6.4. Food and drinks are not allowed in the game rooms.

6.5. To gain entry, you must confirm the name of the person who booked the session and may be required to confirm their phone number and email address.

6.6. Children aged 9–15 must be accompanied by at least one adult per game. Children under 9 are not permitted in the game rooms.

6.7. As BOMB SQUAD games can be physically demanding, comfortable clothing is recommended. High heels are not advised.
